I’m passionate about and often located at the intersection of HR and Operations - supporting the organization of people to meet program goals. I've also worked in Employee Relations, focusing on internal communication systems and employee programs. Think recruiter-project planner-writer who can weigh in, figure it out and get it done. 

Educational background includes a MA in Organization Development, Career Coach certification from the Baraka Institute, a certification in Change Management from Prosci and completion of Project Management training from UCBerkeley. And I routinely stay abreast of best practices in order to follow the credo of ‘listen, learn and adapt.’

And I’ve put this knowledge behind my passion for the world of work with burgeoning nonprofits focused on systemic change to exciting tech startups in Silicon Valley. And I’m most familiar with the Social Enterprise sector: nonprofits or for profits that benefit the common good. 

And when I’m not working, I read ferociously, cook (Chinese) food or dance Casino de Rueda, Kizomba and Salsa.
